Pranav brings 24 years of deep expertise in Risk and Insurance Management. He’s driven strategy for complex portfolios and built a nationwide B2B2C network for motor and health insurance. Among the first 100 applicants to be granted a broking license in India, Pranav combines regulatory clarity with an eye for scalable risk mitigation.

A certified Chartered Accountant, Vikram brings over 18 years of experience across finance, corporate growth, and venture cycles. He has led finance for multiple new-age ventures in insurance and was instrumental in acquiring a broking license for an employee health-focused insurance company — a first in the sector.

With over 18 years of experience in the insurance sector, Kshitij has been a consistent leader in corporate sales and risk strategy. He previously served as Senior Vice President at Gallagher Insurance Brokers, where he headed a business division with over 150 corporate clients. His focus areas included Pharma, Gems and Jewellery, and Retail — sectors that demand precision and trust.

Siddhi brings more than 35 years of experience in the General Insurance industry, spanning both public and private sectors. She has led functions in claims, sales, and underwriting across lines of business and geographies.
